Where are you based?

I’m based in Perth and offer hire services in the greater Perth metro and Southwest region.

Delivery

FREE DELIVERY AND PICKUP! for all Metro orders.

For Southwest clients a delivery fee will be negotiated.

How do we book your services?

A custom quote will be prepared with all your requirements listed and emailed to you for review. Once an agreement has been made, an invoice will be issued and a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. 21 days prior to your function, the balance owing is to be paid and final numbers are required. Deposits are refundable, less a $50 fee up to 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations given less than 10 days notice will forfeit deposits.

Cleanliness

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to me, so please be assured, that all items are well washed and dried before orders are filled. When orders are returned, they are also well washed and dried.

Damages & Bonds

A refundable security bond of $200 or 50% of order value, whichever is greatest, is required for each order. This bond will be refunded into the client’s bank account in full, after hire items have been returned and checked for any damages or losses. Clients are responsible for any damages or breakages whilst the items are in their possession. Breakages and loss are charged at replacement cost per item. Replacement cost will be deducted from the security bond, or invoiced separately. Payment of deposit indicates your acceptance of these terms.
